This particular project was completed in the year 2009. We were assigned to design an agronomical pen in my design and technology class when I was in year 11. Timber was the fundamental material used for this pen and sand paper was used to establish the shape of the pen, to accomplish the aim of the project. Spray paint was also use to generate a better tone of colour for the surface of the pen. Through the use of sandpaper, the shape of the pen was reform to perfectly fit on human's hand.
The Hong Kong International Airport
The Hong Kong International Airport is one of the world's largest airports, by architects Foster and Partners. Among the most ambitious construction projects of modern times, the land that this airport locate was once a mountainous island. This airport characterized by a lightweight roof, free of service installations, natural lighting, transport and environmental services. The airports vaulted roof provides a constant point of reference, whether you are departing or arriving Hong Kong. Moreover, the direction of the vaults remains constant throughout the building, theremore the roof itself becomes an aid of navigation.
A beautiful photo
This photo is captured during my holiday on a cruise in the Mediterranean sea. As the horizon start to turn into darker red, the sun was like waving goodbye to everyone on the cruise. The great contrast of colour between the blueness of the sky and the orange colour of the sun reveals how mother nature can change in just a split of a second as the process of sunset is just less than a second.
